Purchases are returnable in original condition within 45 days from date of purchase.

• With an original receipt, we will provide an exchange or refund in the original form of payment. Merchandise returns with a receipt older than 45 days will be exchanged or issued as a store credit for the current selling price.
• Without original receipt, if you have a valid photo ID, we will provide an exchange or store credit for the current selling price. This excludes specifically labeled merchandise, which may only be returned with the original receipt.
• Cash refunds are subject to store funds availability and may be paid via mail as a corporate-issued check.
• Except for seasonal merchandise, we will offer a one-time sale price adjustment, limited to 14 days from purchase date. Original receipt is required. Price adjustments will not be made for coupon offers.
• All sales are final on merchandise sold "As-Is" or with a damage discount.
• Shipping, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.

Cheque and Credit Card Policy

• We accept Pier 1 Imports Gift Cards, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Network credit cards and debit cards, and cash.
• We do not accept personal cheques.
• We reserve the right to check a valid government-issued photo ID, verify funds and refuse any form of payment.

Pricing Policy

• Pier 1 is committed to accurate pricing. Price discrepancies should be brought to the attention of a Sales Associate for immediate correction.
