No fees for shipping or delivery. You choose what you want and where you want to pick it up for purchase. By reserving your items first with Pier 1 To-Go, you can get in, get your things and get home. Fast. That’s fun, right?

Pier 1 To-Go, step-by-step

Browse pier1.ca and when you see something you like, simply add to your basket.

To see if your items are in stock at a Pier 1 store near you, enter your postal code. You can choose a store location right away or later as you browse.

Once you place an order and have entered your information, your items will be reserved for you to pick up at the store you’ve chosen.

Your order will be confirmed via email. All the helpful details will be included—store location and phone number, as well as a re-cap of items you’ve ordered and what time your order will be ready for pick-up.

Pick up and pay in store. Your items will be reserved until the close of business on the day following your order. When you arrive in store, ask a sales associate for assistance. Your order will be ready to go.

What’s available with Pier 1 To-Go?

Most of the same fun stuff you’ll find in our stores, with a few exceptions:

Custom orders: Many of our furniture items are available in a range of colors. If your choice of color is unavailable at your selected store, you can place a custom order at any Pier 1 store to take home in two weeks or less. Custom orders must be made in store.

Assorted selection: Occasionally, items are offered in so many varieties to choose from, you’ll need to make your selection in person. After all, we want you to have exactly the color or style you have your heart set on.
